Penthouse Anchoa is a two-bedroom penthouse apartment inside La Torre Golf Resort. The property has a large private balcony overlooking the communal gardens and swimming pool area. Both bedrooms have double beds. The apartment also includes a comfortable living area, an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, lift access, garage parking and access to the resort’s communal pools, children’s areas, tennis and padel facilities.

Services and Charges

• Final cleaning: €100 per booking. Show at checkout as a fee to be deducted from the security deposit; do not add it a second time to the total.

Security Deposit and Refund  

• Security deposit: €300
• The total payable at booking is the accommodation price, selected services and the €300 security deposit.
• The €100 cleaning fee must be visible at checkout as a deduction from the deposit, not as an additional charge on top of the deposit.
• The remaining deposit balance is to be refunded within 5-15 days after departure, subject to inspection.
• If damage or additional cleaning exceeds the deposit, the customer is to be contacted for the remaining amount.
